Responsibilities:

• Manage legal & regulatory issues particularly in supporting business transactions
• Manage compliance matters including establishing the appropriate framework and processes
• Enhance corporate governance particularly relating to managing legal & regulatory risks
• Support on regulatory issues including interaction with regulator and analysis on development of Japanese insurance laws & regulations
• Provide legal advice on general corporate matters, including support to Finance & Human Resources
• Provide legal advice on products, claims and contracts related issues

Requirements:
1. 6 – 8 years working experience
2. Japanese law degrees with solid understanding of Japanese insurance laws
3. Attention to details, ability to work independently and do multi-tasking
4. Preferably prior experience in insurance industry
5. Excellent written and spoken English & Japanese
