The new plans provide benefits that are aligned to the new normal and are contextualised to today’s customer needs in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The plans called Health Shield, Health Shield Plus, Health Elite and Health Elite Plus, have features and comprehensive coverage including donor expenses, domiciliary hospitalisation, emergency assistance, worldwide cover, unlimited reset, air ambulance, super no claim bonus, sum insured protector and claim protector, cashless OPD services, among others.

Further, their needs are rapidly evolving as contactless servicing, social distancing and digital solutions become the order of the day. One can visit a doctor for a consultation, purchase medicines from a nearby pharmacy as well as book diagnostic tests, all made available on a cashless basis with the help of IL Take Care mobile app. Additionally, one can avail the products from the company’s website, branches, bancassurance partners as well as agents.
