Roles and Responsibilities:

 
1.Strategy Planning, Project Management and Sales Development: Set objectives and develop strategies to market linked products with the objective of achieving growth in both market share and financial performance for investment linked business through agency force.

2.Responsible for the overall agency communication and promotion for the assigned territories.
•Implement the agreed action plans to agency force so as to achieve key results area such as Productivity of Unit Linked / Universal Life products.
•Handle enquiries and objections from sales forces.
•Provide sales and servicing support to assigned territories.

3.Align both the agency force and internal departments to implement the strategic business plan of linked business to lead the market with profitable products.

4.Develop and enhance close business and working relationships with fund houses, agency and other departments in the Company.

5.Develop, organize and deliver product training / investment seminars for sales force and clients.

 

Requirements:
1. 10-year experience in unit-linked marketing
2. Thorough knowledge of agency structure
3. English AND Cantonese speaker
4. Strong presentation and team building skills
