Define customer value propositions for target segments and oversee all customer-facing activities—campaigns, promotions, advertising, sales and service delivery, loyalty programme, etc. to ensure alignment of segment proposition

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute customer value proposition and plans for meeting segment-level targets
•Oversee the product development, campaigns design and execution to be in line with the experience and proposition defined for that segment to ensure the right fit between product portfolio, segment needs, and growth goals

Requirements:
1. Over 12 years working experience in financial services, insurance or related industry
2. 5 years of which in a Marketing, customer relationship management, Business Development, or Project Management role.
3. Able to lead internal and cross-functional teams and be a team player
